We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization & shipping information before submitting your order. Check spelling, punctuation, capitalization, dates and names carefully. *note- some personalized items only allow for certain formatting of dates, etc. if unsure- refer to the product photo. If a personalized item does not offer a choice of font, then the font you see in the photo is what will be used.

All shippers require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees.
Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. NOTE: Bellaspersonalgifts.com reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
Inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them. If your product arrives damaged, or personalization does not match what you indicated upon ordering or your order is wrong, please let us know via email within 5 business days of receipt- no exceptions.
It will depend on the product as to how this will need to be handled (a photo, return etc)- you will be notified via email with instructions. Shipping charges are non refundable and we do not reimburse return shipping costs.
We will be responsible for any typographical error on our part. However, if the typo is on your end, including typing the wrong shipping address- this will be your responsibility. Personalized orders with a typo on our end, or damage will be replaced- no refunds are available for personalized items.
Items used in ANY way can NOT be replaced, refunded or exchanged. NO Exceptions. Non- Personalized Items must be in their original packaging and in salable condition, and may incur a restocking fee.
Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged.
**Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.** Any approved returns must be completed within 10 days of approval.
We can not guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during warm summer months.
**Please note- because of differences in monitor calibrations- colors may be slightly different than they appear on your screen.**
Personalized items can NOT be returned/ exchanged simply because you have changed your mind. There must be damage, a defect, or a typo. Please, if you have a question about an item, send an email prior to ordering.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return and refunded.
Some items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Similarly, we reserve the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties.
